Coconut wine.

I have seen many recipes for coconut wine. Some call for coconut water some for coconut milk. What be the best one to use

I have searched and cannot find any results and i also cannot remember any discussion about coconut wine so you may have to be forum Guinea pig.

Not tried it myself, but I vaguely recall reading a post (somewhere) that reported disappointing results fermenting coconut water.

I had a recipe for coconut mead and wine. Both says coconut water/milk
