CO2 Cylinder Refill?

Can anyone recommend any places in Leeds where I can get my 3KG CO2 cylinder refilled and how much it would cost?

Most places will only swap their own cylinders. Is there a name of the supplier on the cylinder?

I went to my local co2 supplier with no cylinder got one full of co2 for about £11 was not expensive, take it back to get it replaced next time

Most won't due to liability issues. Has your cylinder been tested and recertified? Can you prove it?

They don't want to fill a cylinder with high pressure gas which they have no idea of the history. They could seriously injure themselves or be held responsible for injuring someone else.

Does BOC let you buy a bottle with a deposit or must it be on a monthly rental scheme? For the small quantity I use it would be cheaper buying disposable welding gas bottles.
