Clearing question

Ive got a plum and blackberry wine clearing at the moment, theyve only been racked about 5 weeks and Im told clearing could take about 3 months. Im just wandering with these dark wines how clear is clear? Ive seen finished light coloured wines that you can see through on this forum but no darkish ones: anyone got any pictures of cleared dark ones for a guide or any info to guide me?

With deeper red wines, clear is still clear, but sometimes it's not easy to tell and it's certainly not something you could easily photograph.

I have a small LED torch for the purpose, and if I shine it through the DJ from the back I expect to see full definition of the bulbs.

My raspberry just cleared, and it practically shines if light's behind it. Like a stained glass window (that's been kept clean...)
