Clear TC

When you guys make TC does it drop clear on it's own or do you (like me) have to filter?
It's not a pectin haze I'm getting as "Pectolaise" doesn't help.
I like Davesiv's idea of drinking it straight from the dj with a straw!

When using the "clear" apple juice mine always drop bright, no need to filter :thumb:

hi, i was getting very impatient with mine, after approx three and half weeks it dropped out clear as a whistle, a little dry but absolutely lovely!!!!

went down a storm at work today!!

You can always crash cool your TC to drop the yeast (if that is what is causing the haze). In these temperatures, a garage/shed is perfect.

Very time efficient, you can sit down, plonk the DJ on your lap, and only need to get up for another once it's empty! :?
