just a quick question chaps.
how clear can i get my beer before bottling and still have enough yeast for carbonation.

cheers ,Chris...

Bottled beer usually clears very well (except when you have any protien haze problems). Once its finished fermenting move it somewhere cooler for a couple of days before bottling. This will help the yeast precipitate but even when looking clear there will still be enough yeast in suspension to enable carbonation.

thanks for that .
just took a hydrometer reading and it was 1012 .its a milestone ipa and the instructions say get it down to around 1009 before bottling so i will give it another few days or so. had a taste though and it wasnt half bad.
