I am planning this for Friday, hopefully. Muchos gracias to Aleman for all the helpful information, see Aleman's CAP thread

This is a pre prohibition beer, and acording to Aleman everyone should try it :D

Brew length 23L, efficiency 75%

4493g Pilsner malt (78%)
1267g cornmeal (22%) Tesco's have Dunns River fine cornmeal

Main mash 90mins at 66C plus cereal mash, as Alemans thread

23g Saaz 3.1%AA FWH 7.7 IBU
34g Cluster 8.1% 60mins 24.7 IBU
20g Saaz 3.1%AA 15mins 2.9 IBU

Boil 90mins

WLP833 German Bock yeast, ferment at 12C; starter on as we speak.

OG1058; FG 1015; IBU 35.3; SRM 3.5; ABV 5.7%

Looking forward to this, and hope I don't get in too much of a muddle with the cereal mash.
