Cider brew

Hi all,

just planning for a big brew of Turbo cider. Will it be okay to make a 40 pt batch as you do with a home brew kit? Or is this going to produce inferior end results? Took the info that Lidl have got a good bargain going. Will one packet of yeast be enough or is there some kind of calculation needed?
Picking up 12 DJs tomorrow from a freecycler (bless him!)
Got to fill it with something and as it is didge festival time in about six weeks need some good brew to take with me!

Yes i used champagne yeast

Do you bottle or keg the cider. I would really like to bottle for convenience. But bit scared that traveling may cause the bottles to explode.
Would be a waste.

personally i put it in a corny then force carb
