cider advice please

Just thinking outloud here !!! my turbo cider ready for corny keg, going to add some tannin, then potassium sorbate, then Back-Sweeten with caster sugar force carb in corny is that the way to do it???

Never done that, but it should work in theory.
Just make sure there is no life left in the yeast.
