cider 3 wk and 4 days still bubbling

I am waiting for it to stop bubbling,the receipe says 3 weeks but i guess it is going to go longer.My question is i am going to put it in 12oz bottles what is the proper amount of sugar to go in the bottle for the fiz :drink: :drink:

 

Depends on how fizz you want.
I prefer a light "bead" so I dose at 1/4 tsp per 500ml, others dose at 1/2 tsp per 500ml and get quite a lively effect (careful when opening)
