So I'm intrigued by the idea of a christmas pudding wine, but not sure I want suet and flour bobbing around in my fermenting bucket. Is the same kind of flavour achievable using the other ingredients? I.e.

200g currants
200g sultanas
200g raisins
200g candied mixed peel
2 tbsp treacle
50g almonds
1 orange
2 apples
1 tsp mixed spice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
brown sugar
1tsp pectolase
yeast

Can anyone help me refine/alter this recipie? How much sugar would I need? Do you think it would work? Because otherwise it's quite an expensive wine to mess up, as opposed to other ones which just need juice
