TBH you're a bit late for a brewferm Christmas for this year - they take a good four to five months to condition after they're bottled.
Maybe better to go with just a decent two can kit, add another can of malt extract for strength or brew it short to around 30 pints, add a pile of Christmasy spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice... you get the idea, maybe some citrus peel...
That shouldn't take as long to condition and will give you something a bit different for the yuletide.

same with norfolk nog. I agree though, a dark beer kit and a spice tea should sort it out in good time :thumb:
