Choice of sanitiser

Hi all!

Right - FIRST QUESTiON! Last year (April) I bought some peradox peracetic acid sanitiser and used a small amount making some batches of cider. As I didn’t get brewing again, I have a lot left and am worried it might have lost some potency. It has been stored inder the house in dark and cool conditions.
Should I still use this?

SECONdLY: my current routine is using peracetic for everything, including bottling. Now I have Corny Kegs, should I perhaps use peracetic for everything up to and including fermentation, but then something like Chemsan for kegging and bottling?

Any thoughts greatly appreciated!
