Chocolate wine recipe

hi everyone well I've got my vimto wine going and my strawberry cider I'm just wondering if anyone has a chocolate wine recipe I've hurd of people making this but haven't come across a recipe

Hmm, not sure how you would get the chocolate to ferment, there is a recipe on Jack Keller's website for strawberry chocolate wine using cocoa powder though.

You can actually buy chocolate wine, but I believe it's made with normal wine mixed with chocolate maybe something to consider, if however you want to ferment with the chocolate I know mead brewers suggest using cocao nibs they are the only type of cocoa that doesn't produce a lot of sediment
