Well i've found out how to make that stuff - bung in a tray stick in oven on 150c and forget about it!!!! Grrr grains are a nice chocolate and black colour now! luckily i only ruined about 300gr of it! :sick:

Why do you see it as ruined, I can only assume you were trying to roast a lighter coloured malt :hmm:
