that looks like just below doctors gate/top of lady clough of arty , i filled my water bottle up when id run out last week from a nearby stream if id known you could get ale from there id have made a detour :grin:

Near three shires head arty? Start of the river Dane? thats about 1/2 an hour from me and a grand spot, I have had plenty of fun in that river tickling trout, and swimming in one of the deeper pools below the waterfall at three shires head. :thumb:

Never been to that bit, but it looks similar, I'll be going up the three shires soon looking for bilberries another month.

Why would anyone visit Glossop? its not known for anything great I missed out on is it, My brother in law used to live there, he liked it so much he relocated to australia .
