Brewing tonight, oh yes

Just can't get enough of the American hops and their awesome aroma and citrusy flavour. I've just started drinking my Citra IPA that was bittered with Challenger and had a whole load of Citra for aroma, and I'm well chuffed with the results :D so tonight I'm going to experiment with something similar:

Looking for more of that insanely orangey taste from the Amarillo but I also want something a bit more complex, so will be intrigued to see what the Chinook does...

Also loving the clean taste that S-05 gives me, but would appreciate comments from anyone who has used Whitelabs Californian or similar, to see if it's worth spending the extra :thumb:

Cheers!

I've seen it claimed a number of times on t'interwebs that US05 and WLP001 Californian Ale are the same yeast. I have no idea whether this is actually the case.
