This is my introduction, hello to everyone out there in brewland!
My names Chris living in Cambridgeshire. Me and my wife just started home brewing this month and have already been saved from disaster by this forum on more than one occasion, so thought we would join this great online community.
Just to bring you up to speed on what we're up to, we have three 1 gallon batches fermenting at the moment - Ginger Wine, a basic Mead and a batch of WOW.
Look forward to conversing with you all and maybe even offering help to someone else - giving some back as it were.
