I can check the accuracy with my floating thermometer. Then adjust as necessary. Just need to figure out how to fit it to my coolbox, without having to keep opening the lid.

More than 1 angry brewer will be after chewing my hops if they're ****...

Actually I have ordered it for work! Coffee frothing is a lost art to most of the teenagers I supervise and I am very tired of remaking Cappuccinos. If its any good it'll ether go 'missing' or i'll buy another one.

How would you fit one of these into the side of the mash tun without it leaking??

I have ordered one and it should be here early next week. :thumb:

As soon as mine is installed I will post a how to as I have a couple of ideas using a simple plumbing fitting, a washer and 'O' seal. Whole lot will be watertight and easily assembled shouldn't cost more than a few pounds. :wha:
