Newbie here,

I've got a 30 bottle Wilko Chardonnay on the go in my FV, been using my hydro daily and I'm down from an OG of 1.084 to 1.000. My airlock is still bubbling away every 5 seconds. It was a slow ferment at 18-19c so I've been pretty patient, however can I stop now and have a slightly sweeter finish? or should I keep going until 0.996 / 0.994? Advice greatly appreciated. Erm, little out with my timing, it should have read 55s [emoji16]

If you like a sweet wine you can stop it now but I would rather let it finish and back sweeten to taste if it's too dry.
when the hydrometer reading is the same over a couple of days it's finished.
