Yo!
Got given a AG recipe book that has a belgian Champagne beer in it. But as I can't get to doing an AG brew as yet I was thinking of trying to knock something up using a Brewferm tarwebier, some Champagne yest and some dried orange zest. Would this work or would I end up making a hash of it? :hmm:
The reason I say a Tarwebier is because it seems to resemble the base beer in the recipe.
Actually thinking about it can Champagne yeast be used in other beers? :wha:
