I've got about 200g of challenger hops, I often use them for bittering my Exmoor gold clone, but I need to use them up. Has anyone made smash with them? What was it like?
Are you sure, CC? I understood Summer Lightning to be an MO and EKG SMaSH. But I'll bet a Challenger SMaSH is well worth making.Summer Lightning

They can be used as both a bittering hop and an aroma hop, so can go in at any point you likeI need to use these up so I might make a smash. Does anyone have any hop addition timings etc
