Caution (for some) as I've had my first real EXPLODING bottles - the ginger ale that I've been conditioning in the garden shed has decided to errupt three bottles ..throwing shards all over.I've had to hose the remaining ones down to cool and I think I'll be chucking some of these into the fridge later as my confidence in this brew has been suspect since brewing (ie slow and sticking etc - but now ALIVE!).
It's nice and warm out there and some of your beers might be getting uncomfortable :hmm:

Interesting. I bottled a Ginger Beer last night. Im concerned I may have bottled too early. There in swing tops so might just pop them open after a day or two release some pressure. I keep my stored Beers and wines etc in a cupboard in the garage which seems to keep quite cool.
