Hi all, i followed the fiery ginger beer recipe of the forum and it has been bottled in 500ml bottles with 1.5 teaspoons of sugar for 6 days but i just opened one to try and it is not very fizzy. if i transfer somewhere cold will that help or stop it from becoming more fizzy what should i do advise please. :thumb:
 
Thats usually long enough :hmm: did it taste over sweet with the unconverted sugar in it?
