The beer is bottled now but ho
w long do I leave the bottles in the house for before moving them to the shed which is a lot cooler. The instructions say 2 days in the house then put them somewhere cooler. Is 2 days in the house. Long enough for carbonation to take place before putting the bottles in the shed or should I leave them for a week or so then put them somewhere colder?

In my opinion, 2 days isn't long enough. Mine usually stay on the kitchen worktop for 5-7 days before being moved somewhere cooler. Use a couple of 500ml cola bottles for every brew and you can feel how the carbonation is developing by squeezing them.
