Hi just doing my cantina pinot grigio tested it reading 1000 which it said in the instructions now moved it to another FV added stabilizer and used my drill attachment to get rid of the gas now I have about an inch of froth on the top I have added the finings number 3 and in 3 hours I will add number 4 finings anyway will this be OK I de gassed it for about 30 mins anyway any help or instructions will be very grateful.

There is no need to degas for 30 minutes, doing it for that long is more likely to introduced oxygen than get the CO2 out which is something you don't want, I degas with my drill degassing wand for approximately 1 minute going from forward to reverse every second or two.
