Can I make vinegar?

I was going to get one of Chippy's WOW's going (as i seems I won't get to make a cab Sauv from grape juice). Now I was wondering how do you make it into vinegar, I use white wine vinegar in cooking a lot and I thought if we didn't like the wow I could make it into vinegar, but how do I do it?

Any thoughts?
