Camurri brew kettle.

The Camurri brewers have been around for a few years now.

They stir the mash and don't pump the wort through it.



At over £1000 this is one of the more expensive all in one units.

Thoughts?

Interesting, I'd love to auto stir the mash on my unit whilst recirculating. Will study video more closely for ideas

I like the design. Quite simple. But in some cases too simple perhaps?

The temperature controller is basic, I do think recirculation would help with temp control. Pump nice to empty it and during cleaning.

Interesting but at that price I’ll stick with my DF Brew Tank for the time being
