Campden tablet question

Just re read Moleys WOW guide and noticed this line i had missed before
If there’s only one of you, rack it again before doing anything else. Use another crushed Campden tablet in the receiving jar.

My question is if syphoning in to bottles do you still need the ct or is it just when putting into the receiving jar.

If I was racking and then bottling as two operations I would use a CT to act as an anti-oxidant, because there's usually some splashing involved when racking.

If going straight to bottles, don't bother with any extra sulphite, but try to direct the flow down the side of the bottle.
