Almost the same as mine I used ale malt as the base and minus the munich , biscuit and chocolate. Hops were the same, where did you get that recipe?

According to Jamil, in the book, it's not a direct clone of Anchor Steam.

Yeah, I actually thought about this some more after I wrote my previous response. Jamil's artistic license is no doubt part of what won him a medal in every category, and we cannot discount that. So... biscuit would actually be a tasty addition to this style I think. That being said... I'd use a little less, how about 100g, as it's pretty powerful and I wouldn't want it overpowering the rest of the beer. :)

I did it based on Jamil's book

4.530kg Pale
560g Munich
450g Crystal 40L
227g Biscuit 20L
57g Pale Chocolate 200L

mash 66c 60 mins

Northern Brewer for 23.5 IBU at 60 mins (26g 6.5%AA)
Northern Brewer for 10.5 IBU at 15 mins (43g 6.5%AA)
Northern Brewer for 23.5 IBU at 1 mins (43 6.5%AA)

boil 60 mins

WLP810 yeast

Ferment at 17c

It came out 95%+ the same as the commercial - easily the closest clone brew I've ever done.
