Hi,

Just wondering, I'm going to be moving my beer from the FV to a keg tonight. I have a c02 injector on the keg.

Do I need to bother priming the keg with sugar or just give it a blast of c02. Will the c02 dissolve into the beer over time?

Thanks.

No you'll have to prime the keg Bob. Let it secondary ferment and then condition it.
Depending on how quickly you drink it, usually about halfway down the barrel, you will need to add Co2 to keep serving and stop air getting.

Looks like I'll be needing a heating belt then. Gotta keep it in the garage.

Damn this cold snap!!
