There are a few good shops and it pays to shop around. I've had really positive experiences with brewuk, home brew company and brew smarter.

Worcester hop shop is good for ingredients, but only if you buy a lot at once as they have a standard delivery charge no matter what size the order. And they only do ingredients and not equipment.
