Lost the instructions to this. I have done a few wherry kit's so I have a good idea what to do. I know you have to brew the hop bag for 15 minutes etc......

What I don't know is the ideal temperature to pitch the yeast, and what the 'range' of temps is.

Any help appreciated. Cheers.

It't taking ages to get down to this temp....Is that normal? Its been about 20-30 minutes! Its at about 27c at the moment. im starting to think my thermomitor it knackered  .

Id rather wait and have it at the right temp though......

Is there anything wrong with letting cool by itself though? And is it normal for it to take a while for the temp to come down??

Not up for carrying it up stairs to the bathroom.....

All good John, just thought you were in a hurry ;)

Still not in range! I'm really starting to get suspicious of the thermometer now. Surely it should have dropped down by now??/
