Doesn't answer your question but there are knobs available which are a tight press fit over the knurling of the cap head screws. Maybe they have been left off.I've just opened my brand new bulldog mill from GEB. It has no adjustment knob and doesn't look like the picture. Just has two Philips heads for moving the rollers in and out.
Can anyone with one comment if theirs is the same?
Perhaps that's what you do...use a screwdriver. At least once set there's less chance of an exposed knob (no sniggering at the back!) being knocked and un-set.I've just opened my brand new bulldog mill from GEB.
