I have one of those Brupak 2KW Jam Boiler things..... I've removed/Bypassed the thermostat as that was causing it to cut out and its been working fine for a year until today...... Now it seems to have started cutting out again, 3 times its done it this brew day, have now had to split the brew between 2 pots and boil on the stove - I will then pour back in and chill as normal, splitting my final 2 hops additions between the 2 pots. But, does anybody have any ideas? The element seems fine, is nice and clean and after 10 or 15mins it works again - its almost like the thermostat is still wired in but its not - I cut it out of the circuit and the mains is now connected direct to the element!
