i have a option to buy a bruheat 25 lit boiler for approx £70 or i can buy a large 30lt stock pot for £45 but it would be on my cooker im in this for the long term so i dont want to buy one then six moths later have to buy another one

any help on this would be great thanks barry

With a 25ltr boiler you will find yourself limeted to 20ltr brew lenghts. if you get yourself a 30ltr stock pot and a couple of kettle element the you can brew 25ltr brews easy. i personly would get the largest you can.

Both CB and BB are right!
The only other consideration is that you do get a fairly accurate pulsed thermostat with the Bruheat which can be used on other boilers/HLT's.
