brown sugar bitter

Ive just purchased a wilko hoppy copper bitter kit. For 8 quid it is a bargain but the reviews on here are general poor. Was planning to do it with a kilo of brown demerara sugar for an experiment. Any thoughts

You would be better off adding a kilo of Dry malt extract as that would add body and mouth feel. Demerera will add some flavour but won't add any body something that lacks in cheap kits. :thumb: :thumb:

+ 1 on the dry malt. i added 2 hop teas to mine and its still not that hoppy and brew short 19L
