Excuse my crappy picture.

Bottle opened with a nice hiss and a little willow the wisp of co2 showing.

Poured with a nice very white head which dissipated after a short while to a thin lacing that stayed all the way to the bottom of the glass.
Very very light colour almost lager like, and defo passes a Feck Test. Very faint aroma of hops.
A very clean tasting easy drinking beer, with I would say a fairly low IBU 20-25, it went down very quickly, nothing really jumped out, and I could not find anything not to like, It would make a good beer for drinking at a barbecue.

I'll have another Mr Postie  :thumb:

Thanks' Uncle :thumb:
Acording to beersmith it's 47 IBU's :wha:
I make it for my Dad, he sez it reminds him of German lager type brews!

All that's in is M.O, Torrified, Fuggles and Bobek.

If you were making a beer to try and make a lager drinker, try something other than lager then your onto ta winner with it, most lager drinkers would take to it very easily.

I didn't get any real stand out hop profiles to be honest John, (I wouldn't have guessed the hops used in other words), you could just tell they were there mingled into the party, but for an ale that's masquerading as a lager that's a good thing I think .

It was pretty obvious there was only MO in the colour and mouthfeel.

Good Beer all the same. :thumb:
