hi guys i,m in the north west area and have just finished my first batch of homebrew wilko,s real ale . This was my first attempt and i,ve drank it all tasted ok to me.
The forum has helped me a lot with some questions/answers. My second batch is coopers english bitter but i have only put half the beer enhancer in , don,t really want to mess with it so i guess it will come out a bit weak ?
looking forward to chatting and some tip from you lads out there.
