If you have done a video and included it in your brewday post, feel free to post a link to your brewday thread here so others can easily find your video :thumb:

We're aiming to keep this sticky topic tidy like an index so it's easy to find all brewday videos therefore if you want to comment on someone's video, please comment in their brewday post rather than in here

Here's my Wilko Hoppy Bitter Brewday, Included in a homebrew Wednesday video.
I don't know if any of you watch these videos on youtube, but I've recently started making them to document my brewing.

Hi

My latest brewing video is here: http://youtu.be/SXqlKbKL2YI

My latest beer brew was a batch of Harpoon IPA which I made following the recipe in 'Clone Brews: Recipes for 200 commercial beers' (Tess & Mark Szamatulski ISBN 978-1-60342-539-1).

I modified the recipe based on the ingredients I had available as follows:

Grain: Maris Otter Pale Malt 4.642kg + Lager Malt 458g + Crystal Malt 227g + Roasted Barley 28g

Hops: Chinook 39g at the start of the boil; at 1 hour 15 mins into the boil Styrian Goldings 14g, Cascade 10g and (because I ran out of Cascade) Challenger 4g; then for the last minute of the boil Styrian Golding 14g and Challenger 14g.

Yeast: Nottingham

When ready (after 7 days) I'll put half into bottles to condition and the rest into a pressure barrel.

Cheers, and Happy Brewing!

Dear all

My latest home brewing video is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hn0Fw2pIpSA&feature=share&list=UUsbSc-tRbjofl70bX651rKg

I've cheekily called this beer 'English Stout' (well I'm English and it was made in England!) - its based on an Irish Stout Recipe but I've modified the ingredients based on what was left from the last brewing season. So this is pretty much a 'left overs' beer !

The ingredients used were as follows:

Lager Malt 1.6 kg / Chocolate Malt 106 g / Flaked Maize 90 g / Crystal Malt 70 g
Black Malt 70 g / Flaked Barley 74 g / Roasted Barley 38 g / Caramalt 10 g

Hops at start of boil: Pilot 8 g / Chinook 16 g / Galena 10 g
Hops for last 15 minutes of boil: Styrian Golding 14 g / Challenger 12 g

Yeast: Gervin English ale yeast

Hopefully it will be a good stout, only time will tell !!

All the best
Clive

Love the stained glass  :thumb:

Great video :thumb:
I was surprised you didn't show the trub left behind after racking to your pressure barrel - might be worth mentioning that next time otherwise any new brewers might wonder why they have all this brown yuk left behind after transferring to their pressure barrel when your one is obviously lovely and clean...
