Brewing on gas..............

A short question, switched to using gas a few brews ago and was just wondering how much percentage you allow for the boil off, i got away with around 15% using leccy. Any other gas users out there who can put me right??

I boil off about 1.5 US gallons an hour. Never used electric so I can't comment on that part. Since I start with 7 gallons that's about 21%.

i loose around 4 to 5 litres in 1 hour , just don't boil too heavy (30 litres in boil around 2 litre in hops and dead space finish with 23l )

I estimate on 15% evaporation per hour.
