Brewing like a mad scientist
Ok here is the problem. I want to brew larger but I only have my flat, no garage space or anything. I know I need to keep the fermentor at 13 degrees until it is fermented, then transfer to a secondary fermentor for a month or so for secondary fermentation. Finally bottle and again leave for a month or so to mature at low temperature. That is the 'classic' way to brew larger. The problem is my girlfriend in the flat doenst like ti cold, so we will probably have the heating on when the ambient temperature of the UK drops to 13 deg C or below.
Is there anything I can do to brew great larger at home while keeping my girlfriend warm enough through the autumn and winter?
