So I'm new to this forum and new to proper brewing having only brewed from the kits in a can before. I'm about to order my 100 litre kit and am starting to look around for some easy recipes to get me started. Luckily I have the help of someone who has built kits before for a couple of the breweries in the North East and his help will be invaluable when I start.

I'm always looking for advice too and any recipe suggestions and am hoping to use this forum regularly to share knowledge with other brewers.

Welcome to the forum.
I think we all have a plethora of recipes but are loath to publicise them as we are worried they won't be to everyone's taste.

In 30 AG brews I have only reproduced one exactly the same as the original. (odd it was brew 1 :-)). Trouble is the lure of AG home brewing is you always want to experiment and push the boundaries. I can buy boring beer from Lidles at about a pound a pint (some of it is quite nice though :drink:)

The kit has arrived, looking good, can't wait to get started
