Am going to make a cheap dark ale for christmas and had an idea to j fuse the sugar with cinnamon, orange peel, and dried fruit before adding it to the kit and then before adding the yeast! What do you lot think? The finlandia kits are cheap wnough that if it dosent work out its no great loss but anyone tried something similar???
