Brewing after 7 months!

So, after a break of 7 months, and endless drinking of ***** shop bought cider!, lol, i have finally managed to buy some kits today! :)

They are:
Coopers Canadian blonde lager, done a few of these, and the wife loves the lager!
A 'bag' of better brew indian pale ale (never seen these before)
coopers beer enhancer number 2 for the IPA!

Start these 2 in the week!

Anyone done the better brew bag stuff before??

not done one, but i've tasted the IPA. it was great. you'll notice the fruity flavours in there :thumb:

I wasn't brewing as i had some time of work due to illness last year, which took out a lot of money, put us behind payment etc, then xmas came, etc, so, about bounced back to normality now, so buying beer kits is coming back, plus i have the shed to get done this year, the wife wants to totally re-do the living room this year!! that £1000+, bloody hell, busy year!!!!

The better brew kit is great, its what I started with and made a lovley pint!

LOL, mate, i am GLAD i am back brewing, so sick of the crap thats in the shops nowadays, even the wife has to put LIME in Car***rg to make it taste ok!

BTW, al i bought cost me £27!

+1 for the Better Brew IPA. Cracking pint. I did two of them dry hopped with Chinook... very tasty, 2nd best kit beer I've brewed. Did them with LME though.

Welcome back. I used enhancer (muntons) in my Canadian blonde - I think it is an improvement over sugar :

I am entering some bottles of my dark lager, but only have bout 10-15 bottles, can't get in the shed yet, as per my hsed thread!! lol
However, if this IPA turns out well, i may just bring that instead!
