Hi All,
Anybody having problems with leaking Brewgas CO2 cylinders?
Used Hambleton Bard for years never had a problem but since Brewgas took over! Had two full cyls, opened one and used for the first time couldn't stop the gas hissing out,
tried immersing the valve end in hot water, still leaking till it all went, opened the next one, exactly the same.
Anybody else had similar probs? Has Brewgas acknowledged the fault? Are home brew shops offering free replacements and taking the matter up with Brewgas?
I'm not prepared to buy more refills if this is how they now are.
If no solutions are offered I might ditch the barrels and either go over to PET bottles or give up the home brew altogether.
But I thought I'd ask if anybody else have recently had a similar experience.
Paul.
