brewferm wheat beer help

going to do a brewferm kit today.going to do the old two can trick BUT it only makes 15lt and im making this for a party and have not got time to do an all grain brew and was hoping for a bit more so here is the thinking i wanted to add raspberrys to make a raspberry wheat beer but will there be enough sugar in them for a bit more water or add them and a bit more sugar to make it up to about 23lt any ideas thanks :thumb:

hi , im not sure but i think raspberries won't ferment but will add flavour , not totally sure on this ,however i would add 500g of light dry malt extract and 500g of wheat dry malt extract or if you can't get the wheat then 1kg of light dme also i have used orange peel and that works a treat :

they are 0.5% sugar so a little fermentation but 99.5% remains behind, that's the reason it's such a popular ingredient.
