Has anyone used the brewferm lager yeast, and if so what kind of results and how well did the sedementation compact?
Cheers!

Well i used it as part of their pils kit and i would really rave about it except got no other lager yeast to compare it to...It brewed well-took 5-7 days at room temp (yes i know but i didnt at that point) and apart from smelling the kitchen up like stale lager something big it did the job. i didnt really let it drop clear back then and wapped it into bottles where it stayed in a cool garage over cool conditions for 2-3mnths and it was lovely and clear and the yeast really stays put at least as well as flocculating ale strains. Better yet its a really fruity and floral taste, best lager ive ever tried-not as hoppy as brewdogs, with surprisingly no offtastes. It did end up being a bit sweet but not as much as stella but maybe more than kronemburgh, so perfect pils really. hope my ramblings helped

Compared to Saflager W34/70 it's a ****. Fermented at 11-12c was still fruity, not a real lager yeast.
