Anyone tried this?
I have bought a 5ml bottle of Citrus oil to try in my Pale Ale but guidelines recommend 5mll is for 50litres
It was from the home brew shop online
Thanks

Not tried it but I'd be interested to find out what you think of it. When do you add it? During the boil, or to the fermenter?

After fermentation is finished it says, takes all the trouble out of hopping (or maybe the fun?) that seems to be the main selling point.
I will post a review when done if anyone interested
It was a fiver for 5ml but it should do two brews.

The bottle says citrussy???
Ive got it now so i will be giving it a bash, there is also Cascade, Fuggles etc available (not sure how to attach a link)

If anyone can attach a link they do Fuggles, Cascade etc

Thank you mate
Ive just added a few drops of this to my Cooper's Heritage Lager which i added a hop tea of 50g Cascade but didnt taste hoppy enough, that may be the hops or my ever changing palate.
Will let you know how it turns out, one tip i will give anybody using this, DONT taste the oil,i am in my shed halfway through bottling and my tongue is numb!!!may need three or four more beers ;)
