Well bottled this on 12th may as you helpful people may remember, just tried one today... Not even 5 weeks and it tastes amazing an the carbonation is perfect! Did the batch prime as suggested. Got to say, this is to me nicer than duvel!

Really looking forward to christmas as I will be drinking the rest then. Thanks for all the help with this one, will be making this again for sure. First I have my other 4 brewferm kits to try.

Thanks again

out of interest, was this made up with brewing sugar - as I was looking at the Brewferm Trippel and Grand Cru - I was going to buy one of these today and give it a go, as I've not done a Belgian beer before.

How much priming sugar did you use?

Sorry I have only just seen this reply for some reason?

It was my first belgian kit, and I made it up with light candi sugar rather than brewing sugar. As for the priming, I followed the suggested amount from the kit, but I batch primed it as people on here suggested it may be a better way of doing it. Just trying another at the moment...lovely!

How did you get in with your kit? did you get one going?

I've got one fermenting too. used syrup instead of candi sugar- so we'll see how it gets on
