What are the negative points to doing a double (2 kits) Brewferm Diablo and then pressure barreling until Xmass?

Thanks O Elder Gods of the Crusted Vessels

Shouldn't be an issue, just ensure you keg before it falls victim to too much headspace. Purge your keg with co2, and potentially your beer will outlive you.

The fact you will probably loose count of how much you have had and end up on the floor, it's 8%

I have never kegged anything like this, always bottled and left to condition. A minor thing, this may take a long time to condition so don't do it if you need the keg any time soon, other than that should be fine

Well, I picked up a second keg plus co2 cap for 20 quid from the Tescos bonanza, so I could quite easily keep one conditioning until Xmass and then see if I can dispose of 20+ L of 8% over the festive period
